针对行星齿轮箱中各部件所激起的振动成分混叠、早期故障特征经常被较强的各级齿轮谐波成分以及环境噪声所湮没的问题,提出一种多共振分量融合卷积神经网络(multi-resonance component fusion based convolutional neural network,简称MRCF-CNN)的行星齿轮箱故障诊断方法。首先,对振动信号进行共振稀疏分解,得到包含齿轮谐波成分的高共振分量和可能包含轴承故障冲击成分的低共振分量;其次,构建多共振分量融合卷积神经网络,将得到的高、低共振分量和原始振动信号进行自适应的特征级融合,通过有监督的方式训练模型并进行行星齿轮箱故障诊断。对行星齿轮箱实验数据的分析结果表明,该方法能够有效分类行星齿轮箱中滚动轴承和齿轮的故障,成功对行星齿轮箱故障进行诊断,同时能够进一步增强卷积神经网络对振动信号所蕴含的故障信息的辨识能力。 相似文献

Although the management of inter-firm projects is increasingly being researched in a wide range of academic fields (project management, alliances and networks, organization studies), the findings of these studies rarely cross theoretical boundaries. In the present study, a systematic literature review of 219 contributions from 26 years of academic research on managing inter-firm projects identifies 22 key management issues underlying its contributions. Based on a two-dimensional framework (project stage and analytical sphere), a structured and integrative synthesis of relevant studies is outlined. The performance of computer vision algorithms can severely degrade in the presence of a variety of distortions. While image enhancement algorithms have evolved to optimize image quality as measured according to human visual perception, their relevance in maximizing the success of computer vision algorithms operating on the enhanced image has been much less investigated. We consider the problem of image enhancement to combat Gaussian noise and low resolution with respect to the specific application of image retrieval from a dataset. We define the notion of image quality as determined by the success of image retrieval and design a deep convolutional neural network (CNN) to predict this quality. This network is then cascaded with a deep CNN designed for image denoising or super resolution, allowing for optimization of the enhancement CNN to maximize retrieval performance. This framework allows us to couple enhancement to the retrieval problem. We also consider the problem of adapting image features for robust retrieval performance in the presence of distortions. We show through experiments on distorted images of the Oxford and Paris buildings datasets that our algorithms yield improved mean average precision when compared to using enhancement methods that are oblivious to the task of image retrieval. 1 相似文献

European cities have been committed to achieve urban sustainability, participating in interurban networks dealing with socio-ecological issues. By examining the incentives derived by the involvement in these networks and the municipal political milieu where the decision about network participation is taken, this article seeks to understand the motivations for European cities to take part in sustainability networks. To do so, a small-N qualitative analysis was undertaken. Fully convolutional networks (FCNs) take the input of arbitrary size and produce correspondingly sized output with efficient inference and learning. The automatic diagnosis of melanoma is very essential for reducing the mortality rate by identifying the disease in earlier stages. A two-stage framework is used for implementing the melanoma detection, segmentation of skin lesion, and identification of melanoma lesions. Two FCNs based on VGG-16 and GoogLeNet are incorporated for improving the segmentation accuracy. A hybrid framework is used for incorporating these two FCNs. The classification is done by extracting the feature from segmented lesion by using deep residual network and a hand-crafted feature. Classification is done by support vector machine. The performance analysis of our framework gives a promising accuracy, that is, 0.8892 for classification in ISBI 2016 dataset and 0.853 for ISIC 2017 dataset. 相似文献

Many interesting works have been done on stochastic differential equations driven by G-Brownian motion (G-SDEs). Among the theories and applications of G-SDEs, the stability is the vital important one. In this paper, we investigate the stabilisation for G-SDEs based on G-Lyapunov function and aperiodically adaptive intermittent controller. As an application, the sufficient conditions are established for the stabilisation of stochastic Cohen–Grossberg neural networks driven by G-Brownian motion (G-SCGNNs). With the rapid development and widespread application of Wireless Body Area Networks (WBANs), the traditional centralized system architecture cannot handle the massive data generated by the edge devices. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the security of physiological privacy data and the identity privacy of patients, this paper presents a privacy protection strategy for Mobile Edge Computing(MEC) enhanced WBANs, which leverages the blockchain-based decentralized MEC paradigm to support efficient transmission of privacy information with low latency, high reliability within a high-demand data security scenario. On this basis, the Merkle tree optimization model is designed to authenticate nodes and to verify the source of physiological data. Furthermore, a hybrid signature algorithm is devised to guarantee the node anonymity with unforgeability, data integrity and reduced delay. The security performance analysis and simulation results show that our proposed strategy not only reduces the delay, but also secures the privacy and transmission of sensitive WBANs data. 相似文献

The relevance of business model innovation (BMI) for strategic renewal and competitive advantage has been increasingly recognized by both strategy scholars and managers. In this paper, we explore how inter‐organizational networks and firms' proactiveness influence BMI. By examining Dutch design companies, we show that having a network of companies with different sizes has a positive effect on BMI. We also observe a positive effect of ties change. Finally, we show the importance of firms' proactiveness. Anomaly detection and location in crowded scenes have attracted a lot of attention in computer vision research community recently due to the increased applications of intelligent surveillance improve security in public. We propose a novel parallel spatial-temporal convolution neural networks model to detect and localize the abnormal behavior in video surveillance. Our approach contains two main steps. Firstly, considering the typical position of camera and the large number of background information, we introduce a novel spatial-temporal cuboid of interest detection method with varied-size cell structure and optical flow algorithm. Then, we use the parallel 3D convolution neural networks to describe the same behavior in different temporal-lengths. That step ensures that the most of behavior information in cuboids could be captured, also insures the reduction of information unrelated to the major behavior. 针对光伏用电致发光缺陷检测仪空间分辨率目视判定重复性、准确性差,并且难以量化等问题,提出一套基于卷积神经网络模型的空间分辨率量化评估方法。参照相关标准JJF(闽)1088-2018,采取不同的拍摄条件拍摄并切割出空间分辨率线对图像,对图像进行人工分类。设计卷积神经网络结构,采用卷积层、池化层和全连接层结构,并使用已分类完成的空间分辨率线对图像对模型进行训练。最终使用测试集对模型进行评估,结果表明,模型在测试集上的判别正确率达到99.2%。该方法满足使用要求,可取代目视判别,提高了光伏用电致发光缺陷检测仪空间分辨率判定的准确性与重复性,并为其量化提出了新的解决思路。由于太阳电池片用光致发光缺陷检测仪与光伏用电致发光缺陷检测仪的成像方式类似,该方法可兼容太阳电池片光致发光检测仪的性能评估。 相似文献
